If the recipient's address is incorrect, please contact us immediately before shipping.

After the shipment has been sent and delivery has failed, the package will be returned to the return sender. Upon receipt of the returned package, we will contact you to update the address and arrange for re-delivery.

If you choose to complete your purchase directly through the payment gateway, Shopify will access your credit card data and encrypt it using the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) to ensure that your payment information is handled securely. The standard is the result of a joint effort by brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Returned items need to be in unused condition and in the same condition as when you received them, and they need to be returned in their original packaging.

The following items are excluded from returns:

- Any item that is more than 30 days old after delivery;

- Any item not in its original condition (damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

To return your product, please contact us at service@enginemodelkit.com first to confirm details to make sure the item meets the return condition.

If approved, we will send the detailed return information to you.

Please provide the return tracking number after returning the product.

The payment will be refunded in the same way as your original payment. Normally, the arrival time is expected to take 3-5 business days, depending on the payment method. You can contact your bank or credit card company for further nformation.

Our warehouse is located in China and goods will be shipped from mainland China.
