Refund Policy

 

Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

The payment will be refunded in the same way as your original payment. Normally, the arrival time is expected to take 3-5 business days, depending on the payment method. You can contact your bank or credit card company for further information.

 

Returns

To return your product, please contact us first at service@enginemodelkit.com to confirm details to make sure the item meets the return condition. If approved, we will send the detailed return information to you.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cant offer you a refund or exchange. Returned items need to be in unused condition and in the same condition as when you received them, and they need to be returned in their original packaging.

The following items are excluded from returns:

- Any item that is more than 30 days old after delivery;

- Any item not in its original condition (damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the return, we will notify you via email of the status of your return and let you know if the refund has been approved.

If the refund is approved, the refund amount will be automatically transferred to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

 

Delayed or Missing Refund Processing

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your funding account and then contact your bank or credit card company to find out the status of your refund. Refunds may take some time to arrive, so please be patient.

Exchange (if applicable)

We only exchange defective or damaged products. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt at service@enginemodelkit.com.

 

Shipping

For returns and exchanges, please contact us at service@enginemodelkit.com.

When returning or exchanging an item, you are responsible for the shipping cost, which is non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the item arrives safely. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchange arrival times may vary depending on where you live.
